We went to our first ever play session this afternoon. It was rather good. There were some very cute babies there, including Ethan who took a bit of a shine to D and gave her all his toys.
And we got to play in the sensory room which made D’s eyes go *this* wide <———–>. Fibre-optic lights taste yummy, apparently.
We all had a sing-song to finish off. I learnt that there are four verses to ‘Row, row, row your boat’. D thought ‘Round and round the garden’ was her favourite.
She’s zonked now. Must. Not. Slee-zzzzzzzzzz
I think Mummy enjoys these experiences as much as Dorrie and I hope memories of all the old nursery rhymes come flooding back
