So last week we went shopping for a couple of bits in Asda and the guy on the till accidentally scanned a bottle of olive oil through twice. Oopsy. So we went to the Customer Service point to get our £2.97 refund and they apologised profusely, refunded us £3.00 without quibbling, apologised again, and gave us a £2.00 gift card.
Nice. And it only took about five minutes.
It pains me to blow the Walmart trumpet, but that’s the kind of customer service me likee.
